If you would like to set up a recurring monthly charge for a credit card, simply create a Recurring Sales Receipt. Visa and MasterCard guidelines require you to have written authorization from your customer before setting up recurring credit card billing. The Help section has an authorization form you can print and send to your customer. Go to Help, type in "Merchant." Click on "Authorizing Recurring Transactions."
